As prime contractor, S3 is providing a broad scope of on-call safety consulting services including safety oversight, safety data analysis, safety compliance, safety management systems (SMS) development and implementation. Scope of work also includes continued administrative support with Columbia Helicopter's SMS Voluntary Program (SMSVP).

S3 conducted a safety management systems (SMS) Gap Analysis of several small business locations (fabrication and restoration shops) to ensure of compliance with Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I). S3 evaluated how small businesses monitored the effectiveness of corrective actions and safety controls. To support these activities, S3 conducts frequent safety evaluations and training.
